Onboarding
RogerIQ onboarding creates the minimum structure needed for useful support work.
Steps
| Step | Purpose |

| Organization | Creates the account container for members, usage, and projects. |
| Project | Creates the support workspace and optional website domain. |
| Agent | Sets the initial mode and tone. |
| Knowledge | Starts the first crawl from your website or docs. |
| Complete | Opens the dashboard so you can connect email, widget, forms, and integrations. |
Project Type
Project type helps tailor defaults and examples. Current setup options are SaaS, e-commerce, crypto/Web3, and other.
Knowledge Crawl
The onboarding crawl accepts a website URL and starts a site crawl with these defaults:

You can skip this step and crawl later from Knowledge Base.
After Onboarding
Continue with:
- Email channel for inbound and outbound email.
- Agent configuration for mode, model, guardrails, and test runs.
- Install the widget for customer-facing support.
- Forms for structured intake.
Onboarding completion is tracked per project in the browser. If a teammate sees onboarding again, they can complete or dismiss it for their browser session.
