Article State
Articles can be draft or published. Only published public content should be treated as customer-facing knowledge.

Published articles are vector indexed. The AI agent uses this index for:

Governance
RogerIQ tracks article versions, reviews, health checks, redirects, failed searches, feedback, and knowledge gaps. These surfaces help teams maintain quality without turning normal support work into an enterprise audit project.
