Knowledge is the source material RogerIQ uses for search, AI answers, citations, and agent confidence.

## Sources

## Article State

Articles can be `draft` or `published`. Only published public content should be treated as customer-facing knowledge.

## Search and AI

Published articles are vector indexed. The AI agent uses this index for:

- retrieval
- citations
- confidence
- article recommendations
- knowledge-gap detection

## Governance

RogerIQ tracks article versions, reviews, health checks, redirects, failed searches, feedback, and knowledge gaps. These surfaces help teams maintain quality without turning normal support work into an enterprise audit project.
